Robotics & AI Discovery Day is a large public showcase of robotics, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
The event brings together companies, researchers, educators, workforce organizations, students, investors, and the broader public for live demonstrations, interactive exhibits, and opportunities to explore how these technologies are being applied across industries.
Exhibiting at Robotics & AI Discovery Day gives your organization the opportunity to showcase your technology, connect with potential customers and partners, meet investors and ecosystem leaders, and engage with future talent.
Attendees include business leaders, investors, engineers, manufacturers, technology providers, educators, students, workforce partners, jobseekers, and members of the public.
The event features five dedicated zones:
- Robotics Zone – Showcasing emerging robotics and AI companies introducing innovative technologies across various industries.
- AI & Tech Zone – Get to know emerging technologies, AI, software, and innovations beyond robotics.
- Advanced Manufacturing Zone – Highlighting robotics and automation technologies transforming modern manufacturing.
- Career Pathways Zone – Offering insights into careers in robotics, AI, and autonomy through hands-on activities.
- Community & STEM Zone – Engaging with local organizations and interactive exhibits that showcase STEM education and innovation.
- Technology Zone – Featuring emerging technologies, AI, software, and innovations beyond robotics.

Strong representation from decision-makers – In 2024, 45% of registered guests held leadership roles, including C-Suite executives, founders, directors, managers, engineers, and business development professionals.
Yes. Live demonstrations are encouraged and are often one of the most effective ways to engage attendees.
The standard booth package includes:
- One 20 amp, 120 volt electrical outlet
- Access to shared exhibitor WiFi
- One printed booth sign
- One wastebasket
- Back and side wall drape, where applicable
- Two folding chairs
- One 6 foot table
Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own branded table linen, signage, marketing materials, product displays, audio visual equipment, and any additional services they may need.
Exhibitors should plan to bring their own:
- Branded table linen
- Company signage and booth branding
- Marketing materials
- Product or service displays
- Audio visual equipment, if needed
- Any upgraded internet, electrical, furniture, or booth equipment not included in the base package
Exhibitor move-in is scheduled for Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
Large items and autonomous vehicles have an early load-in window from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. General exhibitor load-in runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and all booth setups must be completed by 6:00 PM.
Yes. All setup and booth staff must register for the event in order to obtain an exhibitor badge.
Before unloading, staff must collect their badges at one of the designated badge pickup locations. All booth staff must wear their badges at all times while in the exhibition hall.
Before unloading, exhibitors must collect their badges at one of the following locations:
- The registration kiosk on the mezzanine outside of Hall A
- The top of the ramp leading into the loading dock
Please make sure all setup and booth staff are registered in advance.
Yes. Exhibitors may order additional services such as upgraded WiFi, advanced electrical, furnishings, and other booth support items.
Please place additional booth orders by August 1, 2026. If you are asked for a booth number before final assignments are released, use TBD or 000.
Yes. Exhibitors must carry general liability insurance with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
Proof of insurance must be in force for the event dates and submitted by August 31, 2026. The certificate must name the required event entities as additional insureds, as outlined in the Exhibitor Guide.
Yes. Exhibitors with robots, drones, vehicles, or other moving equipment must follow event and venue safety requirements.
Examples include:
- Live and mobile robot demonstrations must be directly supervised at all times
- Safety stanchions may be available on request with advance notice
- Airborne drones must be caged in order to be flown
- Vehicles displayed indoors must comply with Convention Center and fire safety rules
