Southwestern Pennsylvania Robotics Talent Advisory Committee (RTAC)

The SWPA Robotics Talent Advisory Committee represents the workforce needs of 120+ robotics companies and 7,500+ employees in the region. This group advises on talent gaps, recruitment strategies, and training programs, shaping initiatives like Pittsburgh Robotics Discovery Day and other workforce efforts. In partnership with the Pittsburgh Robotics Network, the committee ensures industry input drives talent development and future workforce planning.
