Bakery Square was once home to the Nabisco Baking Factory that filled the air with delightful scents of their cookies throughout the neighborhood. After the bakery closed, the site was transformed and has grown organically into a 34 acres bustling office district and hub of innovation where employees generate world changing ideas, as well as a vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment destination inviting Pittsburghers from near and far to enjoy the ambiance and community gathering spaces.

Bakery Square is home to Pittsburgh’s movers and shakers, industry thought-leaders, and some incredible companies such as Google, Philips, Carnegie Mellon, UPMC Enterprises, University of Pittsburgh, VA and Sheetz that generate innovative solutions for today’s ever-changing world. We are proud to have contributed to Pittsburgh's evolution from post-industrial steel town to a world-class intelligence-based economy by offering homes to many innovative companies and the area's sharpest employees. Working here means you're among the best and the brightest, what are you waiting for?
