Assembly Technician

Position: Assembly Technician 

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Engineering Team to inspect, assemble, and test mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain the production area including organizing component inventory and keeping a clean workspace.
• Use machine shop equipment (i.e. Dremels, belt sander, etc.) and other assembly tools as required. 

Skills/Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with electronics and/or mechanical assembly
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to follow internal assembly guides without supervision
• Extreme attention to detail, ability to handle delicate parts and assemblies
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Soldering / electrical assembly skills a plus
• Experience with basic machining (mill / lathe) a plus
